This is the most important question that vou
should ask vour Interior Designer and Contractor before deciding to work with
them….

There are many questions that you SHOULD
ask to determine if a contractor orInterior Designer are the right partners
for your job.

Remember…
Often a remodel, renovation or tenant improvement project
is one of the most expensive investments
that you will make
(besides the actual purchase of your home or business)

Our clients spend upwards of $50,000 and more
(sometimes a lot more)
to remodel, furnish, and add technical upgrades
to their spaces.

So this will be a pivotal decision for you, your family, or your company.

Many times people make choices based on these things:
* Positive Reviews
* An impressive Portfolio
* A slick website
* Referrals from trusted friends/agents
* A Google search

And these are all valid elements to evaluate….

But…
They are NOT the most important (in my opinion)

The most important question to ask is this:

“Have you renovated/remodeled your own home or office?”

(hint…the answer should be an infatic YES)

Why is this so important?

Because your Designer/ Contractor
will have a deep understanding of the emotional and financial undertaking that you are about to embark on.

AND…

Its VITAL that they share the
Been-there, done-that mindset
that you will have as a client going through this process.

and one other nugget to investigate…

Ask them how the process was for them?
What did they have to work-around or compromise along the way?

YES,
